Tai Ji

Ximkee Yin Yang Chinese Tai Chi on white background

Tai Ji Chuan is a Chinese Martial Art that was found to promote good health among its practitioners. Our program introduces students to the health practices of Qigong or "energy discipline" utilizing a short Yang style tai ji form. Its low impact, gentle and flowing movements make it an ideal form of exercise even for individuals with some physical limitations and chronic illnesses.
