Tai Chi


Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese Martial Art that was found to promote good health among its practitioners. Our new program of Tai Chi Chi Kung introduces students to the health practices of Chi Kung (Qigong) or "energy discipline" utilizing a short Yang style tai chi form. Its low impact, gentle and flowing movements make it an ideal form of exercise even for individuals with some physical limitations and chronic illnesses.
